PEER MINISTRY APPLICATION FORM SPRING 2003
This application is for the position of Peer Minister starting July 2003 through July 2004, with the opportunity to re-commit in the summer of 2004. We take the commitment to Peer Ministry seriously and it is our hope that you will too. Take some time to think about whether or not you can commit your time, talents, and gifts to this ministry before you turn in this application. Keep in mind that Peer Ministry is not limited to any set number, nor is it limited to any certain “type” of person. All 10th -12th grade students are welcome to apply.
