Men's Spirit:

A  support group  for men looking for guidance and a deeper understanding of the stages of the male journey.

The book: From Wild Men To Wise Men by Fr. Richard Rohr will be the starting point for these gatherings. The day and time of these gatherings will be decided by the men who participate.

Men’s Spirit – Morning of Reflection
March 24  - 8:30 am to noon.
Worshiping with family members on Sunday, walking the quiet fairways of a golf course, sitting around a camp fire with fellow hunters, sliding  a fishing boat out into the early morning mist on a lake, working in the garden or garage, teaching life skills to children, volunteering to help a neighbor in need.  What do all these activities have in common? Each of them feed the male spirit and help keep men connected to what really matters in life.  This morning of reflection will explore how the spiritual disciplines of Jesus can be a pattern for enriching the male spiritual journey. This session will also include an exploration of the importance of reclaiming Rites of Passage for men and boys.
