Liturgical Ministers Schedule

The Liturgical Ministers Schedule is for all Liturgical Ministers: Head Captains,
Eucharistic Ministers, Hospitality Ministers, Lectors, and Servers (Acolytes)

Please note that with our new “live” schedule, the hardcopy that we previously posted online, changes as ministers now opt in and out of scheduled services.

Note to Liturgical Ministers:
As a liturgical minister with web access you now have capabilities to control your ministry schedule online. Here are some of the things you can do:
  •     view your current schedule
  •     volunteer for Masses that are understaffed
  •     request swaps for any scheduled Masses that you cannot attend
  •     view the entire schedule
  •     view rosters
  •     change information about yourself including your password and serving preferences.
If we do not have a current email address for you on file, please email Andrea with a request to add your current address to the scheduling system.

If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Manage your schedule here" (above) and then click on "forgot your password." Enter your full first and last name and your email address  and then click the Send button. (The email address you enter must exactly match the address that is on record in our files.) Your username and password will then automatically be emailed to you within a few minutes. If you continue to have problems contact  Andrea .
