Qualifications:

• Willingness to serve the parish community
• Faithful participation in worship
• Care for individuals within our Parish community
• Willingness and openness to learn and update understanding of the Catholic Church and its Liturgy

Responsibilities:

• Serve communion at Sunday, Holy Days and other Eucharistic celebrations throughout the liturgical year
• Care and reverence for the Eucharist
• Serve at scheduled times or find a substitute
• Serve when it is apparent there are not enough ministers at a given Liturgy

Time Required:

• 1-2 liturgies per month
  

Commitment:

• Three years (minimum)

Training:

• Training session before beginning ministry
• One updating session per year
• Rehearsals for special occasions as needed
