Donations are needed and appreciated. Can you donate any of the following?

• Pie for the Chicken Dinner   
• Cake for the Cake Walk   
• 12 or 24 packs of Soda Pop  
  
• Bottles of wine (750 ml or larger) for the Wine Toss
  
• Teddy Bears or other Stuffed Animals  
• Items valued at 50¢ to $5 for 52 Club or  Confetti Bowl
• Cash to offset food or raffle prize costs   
• Bottles valued at $1 or more   
• Silent Auction baskets or other items

Thank you to all volunteers who have already signed up to work or have donated items to the Festival – or both!  We request that if you have not yet contributed to the Festival, please consider some of the following ways you can be involved:

• Sell your Grand Raffle tickets.  If you have sold all your tickets pick-up more, they are available after Masses or at the Parish Office.
• Bake a pie for the Chicken Dinner – Drop off in the kitchen Saturday (all day) or Sunday (before 10:00 a.m.).  Boxes are available at the church.
• Bake a cake for the Cake Walk – Drop off as above
• Volunteer to work a shift in the kitchen, dining hall or games.  Sign up as a family!  It is a great way to spend a few hours of quality time together while helping contribute to the success of the Festival.
• Donate a basket for the Silent Auction – Basket ideas are located on the ‘idea tree’ in the Gathering Space.  Pick a tag and return it with a basket of items related to the suggestion.  Or, come up with your own idea.  It’s another fun way to involve the entire family!
• Help set up tents (Friday, August 8th at 6:00 p.m. – rain or shine)
• Help take down tents and booths (Sunday, August 8th after the Grand Raffle drawing at 5:00 p.m.)
• Help set up the Grounds / Dance (Saturday, August 7th at 9:00 a.m.)
• Volunteer to work at the Saturday Night Dance
• Donate cash to offset food or raffle prize expenses – Donations may be placed in a marked envelope in the church offering.  Cash donations will be included in your annual contribution statement.
• Donate Canned Pop – Needed are Classic Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Mug Root Beer and Orange Slice.
• Donate Stuffed Animals – New or nearly new.
